CEO - Paris, France
Gregoire Gueden is the president of Spiribam and the CEO of the spirits division of GBH. With a mind constantly in motion, he is typically found between Paris, Martinique, Saint Lucia, Mauritius, or visiting a key export market. He spends his precious time with his wife and three children when he can break from pouring his rum all over the world.
Ben Jones is the managing director of Spiribam North America. A lover of good food and great music, it's natural Jones is usually around awesome people and gorgeous rum. His life kind of reads like a popular Caribbean anthem:

2 of Sweet: Has two kids which he claims are the two greatest blends he ever made.
3 of Strong: Loves good rum and all the fabulous experiences that come with it.
4 of Weak: He and his lovely wife enjoy a wonderful life in South County RI with their family.

Kiowa Bryan originally hails from Vermont where she took her first job in the food and beverage industry over 20 years ago. She has been working with Spiribam for over six years and in her spare time enjoys belting Christmas carols far into February, reading political biographies, and snuggling her dog Martinique Warrilow McFly.
Margot Janson was born and raised in Rhode Island. She completed her MBA in Spain and worked in Boston prior to returning to her favorite “Ocean State” to join Spiribam. Margot manages supply chain and is at the helm of developing and maintaining our CRM systems. She loves puzzles, DIY home renovations and experiential travel.
Midwest Regional Manager
Melissa Pinkerton is a hospitality industry veteran based in Chicago with a passion for cocktails and the culinary world. She currently heads up Spiribam USA in the Midwest, managing business and relationships for on and off-premise accounts
New Jersey/ Mid Atlantic Market Manager
Nick has been in the Hospitality industry about 20 Years, starting from Bus Boy in a Diner to Beverage Director and GM of fine dining Restaurants and lounges. He has been preaching the love of Rhum Agricole and Traditional Rum for about 3 years now while immersing himself the category for over 5+ years.
Brand Ambassador NYC
Kigan Jo is a seasoned bartender, rum enthusiast and indie music entrepreneur from Brooklyn with deep roots in Saint Lucia. Kigan is currently a Brand Ambassador for Spiribam representing rums from his native island and more in NYC and recently co-founded The Ideal Bartender Collective.
Originally from SF, Lexie moved to RI and graduated from Salve Regina with a degree in Marketing. She continued on to receive her MBA from the same University. Lexie started her career with Spiribam as an intern, and soon after transitioned to a full time role. She enjoys hockey, hiking and exploring the world of rum!

A child of the Caribbean, Chris was part of the celebrated cohort that elevated the culinary and cocktail scene in Miami. He joined Spiribam after managing bar programs at the famed Fontainebleau Hotel.
Southeast Market Manager
Jeff Stockton started bartending over 10 years ago and has run bar programs in Brooklyn, NY and Atlanta, GA where he currently resides. He has long held a passion for r(h)um and began working with SPIRIBAM just over 2 years ago. He spends his free time reading sci-fi, gardening, and longing for a California burrito with his wife and son.

Moscow native Ania Robbins tended bar in London, Mobile, and Austin. After finishing graduate school she found herself wanting to pursue a career in the beverage industry. This is where she discovered and started exploring the world of authentic rum, which eventually lead her to join the Spiribam team in 2016. Besides rum, Ania loves DIY home design projects, hiking and listening to true crime podcasts.
Regional Manager CA, WA & HI
Melanie Hartman has been with Spiribam since 2018. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, she spent time working for one of California’s largest wine and spirits distributors, as well as owning and operating a restaurant prior to that. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Melanie found her appreciation for spirits while working at a popular tiki bar in the Bay Area, a passion which has helped her immensely throughout her career.

A veteran of the LA bar scene since 2009, Nick proudly hails from the farmland of Illinois. Claiming to be a hardcore hip-hop purist, he also earned his MFA in Acting and held spears for years behind some of the world’s finest actors on stages across the country. Nick loves cooking, history, trivia, and his pets; and when he’s not spreading the word about world class rums, you can typically find him watching murder mystery shows with his wife or cuddling with his daughter. If it’s a Sunday in the fall, you WILL find him in a Green Bay Packers jersey, screaming at the television.

Dean Hurst has spent the past 30 years in the hospitality industry, and his experience ranges from short-order cook to fine dining management. Over that time, Hurst’s interest in the bar business became a focus that eventually defined his career. Exploring different markets, working at cocktail events across the US and traveling to distilleries around the globe have all shaped Hurst’s understanding of spirits and cocktails.

Paulina has been in the hospitality business for 16 years starting from a Wendy’s in High School to hostess and all around the board. Hailing from Philadelphia to central Pennsylvania. Landing her feet in Houston 8 years ago. Started her life with spirits at 18 by bartending and always enjoying independent artistic work and any form of nature.
